Valley Soccer Academy was established in 2003 by Raul Ovalle, a Long Island NY native of Colombian origin. His goal and vision since 2003 has been to place the development of each player alongside the development of each team as its first priority. With this said, our style of coaching is based around a heavy use of technical warm-ups, small sided exercises alongside the understanding of how important repetition, hard work, commitment and concentration plays in the development of players and teams.
Valley Soccer Academy takes pride in understanding how important it is to have a developmental student to teacher ratio. We strive to maintain ratios from 4-1 to 10-1 throughout our programs, clinics, camps and practices which enables us to better give and receive proper communication between players and coaches.
