Anyone interested in coaching will need to submit a coaching application during the signup period. There have been no coaches selected for the 2022 year.
In our continuing efforts to provide a positive, safe and fun environment for young athletes, Bristow Girls Softball Association is proud to implement the NAYS Coach Training & Membership program for coaches.
We join more than 3,000 organizations across the country conducting the NAYS Coach Training & Membership program and invite you to join the more than 3 million volunteer coaches who have become NAYS Coach since its inception 1981.
The NAYS Coach Training will provide our coaches with training on important general and sport-specific coaching topics. After completing the training, your NAYS membership will be in effect. Membership includes an ID card, $1,000,000 limited liability insurance policy, access to members-only resources, plus additional free training certificates. The NAYS Coach fee is $20 and includes the training and your first year of membership.
All softball coaches will be required to go through NAYS coach training and back ground checks. coaches are responsible for coach training fee BGSA pays for the back ground checks.
