1.  Get a list of returning players and assigned number.

  2.  Assign a number to all new players, works well if you give the parents a option from a bank of available numbers.

  3.  See if any returning players need a new uniform, good time to ask if they would like a new number

  5.  Submit the form to [email protected]

  6.  Once I receive the form it will be sent to Bacon printing for upload.  I will send you a message when the page is up and ready for orders.

  7.  Parents can then go to Bacon and Co web page for ordering uniforms :  CLICK HERE TO ORDER .

  IMPORTANT NOTE:  You must decide as a team how you want to handle uniform pick up.  You have two choices:  1:  Have each Parent select the mail to home option or 2:  You may pick up the entire teams order.
