Flash Total Fitness
NVLL is dedicated to finding programs and creating partnerships with organizations that facilitate the growth of our athletes and the families who support them. To that end, NVLL is excited to introduce our NVLL community to Flash Total Fitness.
Flash Total Fitness is led by Nolan Flashman, a former baseball player at Cal State University Northridge and University High School (LA), and the current Head Baseball Coach at Oakwood High School. Nolan will be holding Speed and Agility Sessions - both general and baseball specific - for our athletes on the Majors Field at NVLL. All sessions are available to athletes 8-years-old and up, at a cost of $15 per session.

Here is what you need to know:
· Apparel: For the Speed and Agility session, shorts and t-shirt are recommended. For the Baseball Specific session, baseball attire, including cup, is recommended.
· Footwear: You may wear any type of athletic shoes you’d like, but we recommend either running/training sneakers or molded cleats (no metal cleats are allowed).
· Participation: These sessions are open to all athletes, 8-years-old and up. You do not have to be an NVLL player to participate.
· Waivers: You may be required to sign a waiver upon request. We will provide waivers at the beginning of the workshops.
· Health concerns: It’s hot at NVLL in the summer, so be sure to bring water/sports drink to the session, along with sunscreen. And start hydrating early…it’s important to drink plenty of fluids before the workout. It’s also important to have eaten before the workout, allowing time for the food to digest while still fueling your body.
