“It is clear that Tena is passionate about her work and her field of expertise. I just cannot tell you how thoroughly impressed I was with the seminar.  I did not know what to expect, and even if it would be interesting, but it has left a lasting impact on all of us. The change I saw in the swimmers was immediate and dramatic. I have competed in four Olympic Games and never had such ready access to a dietitian who is 100% committed to continued education in the field.”
Sheila Taormina – 4-Time Olympian, 1996, 2000, 2004, 2008
