Winter 2018-19 Programs

Weekly Training Sessions – Session Registration 8 weeks

Winter 1 - 12-9, 12-16, 12-23, 12-30, 1-6, 1-13, 1-20, 1-26
Winter 2 - 2-3, 2-10, 2-17, 2-24, 3-3, 3-10, 3-17, 3-24

Crewsers – Ages 4-5 – Sundays 12:00 – 1:00 pm

The CREWSERS Soccer program is a fast-paced, energetic program that gives players ages 4-5 the opportunity to be introduced to soccer and create the love for the game. This program includes foot skills, balance, coordination and small sided games and activities. Crewsers features a variety of lessons and exercises designed to familiarize the young player with the game of soccer.

Technical Footskills Foundation – Ages 6-9 – Sundays 12:00 – 1:00 PM

Proficiency with all of the surfaces of both feet is crucial for athletes as they develop into more complete players. 
This course is designed to expose the athletes to the necessary ball handling skills used in dribbling, passing/receiving, and finishing. The overall focus is on individual improvement in mastering the fundamental skills that make players successful. Each player will spend a majority of the time with a ball by themselves or with a partner.  Each player should expect to get 5000-6000 touches during this session.  The training will start with ball manipulation using all surfaces of the foot.  Players will learn 1v1 moves in a progressive session starting with no pressure or passive pressure ending in full pressure 1v1 or small sided games. 

High Intensity Footskills Training – HiFT – Ages 9-14 - Sundays 11:00 – 12:00 PM
Speed, Agility and Quickness meets Footskills - The Group will be split into small groups.  The sessions will be designed to improve first-touch to set up a shot, pass or dribble. There will be a lot of one player/one ball and small group activities.  The Players will be challenged to execute proper technique and body position after performing multidirectional patterns, agility drills, balance and coordination exercises. Many players today struggle with the finer technical components in the game as a result of improper balance and body shape.  This is a unique Hybrid approach to training that has been *created/developed for the most advanced players. 

Players will be separated into groups by age/ability.

*This program has been created for advanced players, players that do not have a strong technical foundation tend to struggle.
