Speed, Agility and Quickness meets Footskills – Many players today struggle with the finer technical components in the game as a result of improper balance and body shape. This is a unique Hybrid approach to training that has been created/developed for the most advanced players.
Technical Footskills Foundation – Ages 6-9 – September 10- October 29
Sunday 9:00 – 10:00 AM - $150
This course is designed to expose the athletes to the necessary ball handling skills used in dribbling, passing/receiving, and finishing. The overall focus is on individual improvement in mastering the fundamental skills that make players successful. Each player will spend a majority of the time with a ball by themselves or with a partner. Each player should expect to get 5000-6000 touches during this session. The training will start with ball manipulation using all surfaces of the foot. Players will learn 1v1 moves in a progressive session starting with no pressure or passive pressure ending in full pressure 1v1 or small sided games
Speed and Multi-Directional Movement for Multiple Sports - Ages 8-14 - September 10- October 29

The Speed and Multi-Directional Movement Training program is designed to enhance athletes' agility, speed, quickness, and overall movement skills across multiple sports. This comprehensive training regimen focuses on improving athletes' ability to change directions rapidly, accelerate explosively, and react swiftly to dynamic game situations. By incorporating a variety of sport-specific drills and exercises, this program aims to optimize athletic performance and give athletes a competitive edge in their respective sports including baseball, softball, basketball, soccer, lacrosse, football, rugby, tennis, and more.
