GAME DAY PARKING

Click for Cameron Brown Park Gameday Parking Map

With each passing year, GBL continues to provide a growing number of youth athletes with a top notch baseball league.  However, with our continued growth also comes growing pains.  One of those growing pains is parking issues at Cameron Brown Park. In order to ensure the safety of everyone that comes to Cameron Brown (CB) and Bob Hailey (BH) to enjoy our baseball league we must have your cooperation when it comes to parking.

We are working closely with the City Germantown Parks and Recreation Department, as well as the Germatown Park Rangers and Germantown Police Department to make sure that we are in compliance with parking regulations.

Before you come to the Ball Park for games, please review the following regulations. Also, please share with any family or friends that may be attending games.

Where am I ALLOWED to park?

1.  In any designated parking space at Cameron Brown or Bob Hailey that isn't reserved for handicapped parking or Director on Duty parking.  The attached picture shows the location of those designated parking places.

2.  Along the road on Farmington Blvd.

Please note that there is a much larger parking lot at Bob Hailey than at Cameron Brown, and the parking lot at Bob Hailey is the overflow lot for Cameron Brown.  Once you pass CB field #5 (the large field that sits by itself past the t-ball and junior coach pitch fields), there is a cut-through street to the left that will take you to the Bob Hailey parking lot, so that you don't have to go out to Farmington Blvd., turn right, then go down and make a U-turn to get back.

Where am I NOT ALLOWED to park?

1.  On any grass, including the medians in the parking lots.

2.  On any sidewalks.

3.  On either side of the street that runs through Cameron Brown (some refer to this as the horseshoe).  In past years, cars were allowed to park on the left side of the horseshoe, but due to issues with getting emergency vehicles into the park when needed, parking is no longer allowed on either side of the horseshoe road. The safety of our young athletes is priority number one and we can’t have this area blocked for emergency vehicles.

In summary, once you are inside Cameron Brown or Bob Hailey, you are only allowed to park in designated parking places.  If the lots at Cameron Brown are full, please cut through to Bob Hailey and park in that lot.  You may still continue to park along Farmington Blvd.

Parking tickets can and will be issued if you are parked in an area that is designated a No Parking area. Feel free to drop your athlete and/or family close to the fields, then find an approved parking space.

Thank you for your cooperation regarding this issue.
