What Is Academy?

The FC Evolution Youth Academy is designed to prepare players age 6 - 8 for our Premier and Classic teams. All players are eligible. We focus on developing the individual's skill, discipline and character.

How Do I Join?

To join our academy program, simply register. Once done, one of our staff members will call you regarding placement.

Jozsef Jakab has been playing and coaching soccer in the area for nearly 40 years. As a soccer player, he won the State Championship at Walsh High School in 1990. He also won two additional state championships as the kicker for the Walsh football team. He then ventured into coaching. He was the head boys coach at Crestwood and Cloverleaf High School. In 2013 he was the assistant boys coach at Revere High School and helped lead them to a state championship.

Most recently, coach Jakab has been instructing the Everest Academy program for boys and girls age 7 and 8. "Coach Jakab is a master at teaching young kids", said Steve Davis, Everest Director of Coaching. "He commands the session and teaches players the skills and discipline they need to be successful as they move forward in their soccer careers". Coach Jakab currently holds his National 'D' License and resides in Stow, OH with his wife and children.
