The Elite Program is a partnership between Tonka United and Fusion SC, designed for players who have a strong desire to play in a highly competitive environment year-round and want to be challenged to excel by teammates and coaches who have similar levels of passion for the game.

Players in this program have aspirations to compete at a high-level in high school, college, and beyond.

Mission

To establish an elite level program with a distinct culture of excellence that allows players to reach their fullest potential on and off the field. We pride ourselves in getting our players to the next level, which includes high school, collegiate, and professional levels.

Vision

We will elevate and redefine elite soccer programming in Minnesota through providing best-in-class resources and a highly competitive environment, which includes a qualified staff, premier facilities, and a holistic program that seeks to develop the total player. Together, we will define and create new development pathways for our players.

Player Development Structure

Started in the 2017/18 season, Tonka United and Fusion SC joined forces to create a top boys and girls team at the 2004 and 2005 birth years under a co-brand of "Tonka-Fusion Elite," and will add 1 additional age group each year at 13U. Tonka United and Fusion SC will continue to operate all other teams and programming independently.
