CSA Travel Team Winter Sessions 2023
Program #1 - Indoor Team Technical/Agility Training (Register through CSA)
Sessions will focus on technical development and individual ball control and quick decision-making. Ball mastery, dribbling, passing, receiving, and agility will also be taught. These sessions are aimed at committed 2022-2023 Travel players, however, they are open to all dedicated soccer players.

Program #2 - Team Futsal Pickup (Register through CSA)
All futsal pickup sessions will be supervised by a coach and are age appropriate.
These sessions are aimed at committed 2022-2023 Travel players, however, they are open to all intermediate/advanced soccer players. Sign in to your CSA account to register.

Futsal is FIFA's official indoor soccer game. It is small-sided (5 vs. 5), played on a smaller pitch (roughly basketball court sized) and with a smaller ball. The game is played on a flat indoor pitch with 2m height x 3m width (6.5'x10') goals and a size 4 ball with reduced bounce. The game favors ball control and quick decision-making.
