The organization's membership meeting will take place Saturday morning, when board members are elected, playing and organizational rule changes are discussed and the overall state of the organization is presented. This meeting is open to the public and your attendance is strongly encouraged.

Open Positions for National Board of Directors

- Two (2) Director At-Large Position (can reside anywhere in the United States)
- Director Region 5 (see regional map, candidate must reside in specific boundary) **two year term**
