Greg played Club soccer in Essex, England from the age of 8 and continued in to High School, captaining his grade for 5 consecutive years. .

Greg ran Soccer Programs in England from 2000, coaching players from U8-U18. Greg represented his District (Brentwood and Basildon) and County (Essex) at school boy level, and then went on to play Semi-Professionally for several years before concentrating on coaching. 

In the US, Greg coached with Force FC between 2007 and 2009, directing their Academy Program before moving to United FC MI. Greg is currently coaching at Seaholm HS and ODP Michigan Evaluator, alongside his role with United FC .                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

Jake Zammit

Jake is currently entering his 7th season as a head coach with United FC and his 3rd year as the club’s Technical Girls Director.

 A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Jake moved to Michigan at the age of 7. As a youth soccer player, Jake was a member of several Michigan State Championship Teams. During high school, Jake was a 4 time Varsity player at the University of Detroit Jesuit; winning a State Championship in 2001 and receiving All State honors. After High School, he accepted a full ride athletic scholarship to attend Quincy University in Illinois.

 John grew up in Liverpool England. He went to Edge Hill University where he studied sports psychology and received a bachelor of science in 2013.

He has also had 3 years where he studied sports exercise fitness and coaching.

John’s soccer career started at the age of 6 where he played for a local soccer team until he was 20 years old. He began coaching in England in 2011 for a U7 boys’ team.

 Armen join United FC in 2015. Tonianse also serves as the Goalkeeper and Asst Coach at Oakland Univ. bringing with him experience at the youth, collegiate and semi-pro levels. 

 At the youth level, Tonianse has served as Head Pro Coach with the Total Demize SC focusing on developing the base skills. He has also trained and coached High School aged players developing them for collegiate level play. Recently, Tonianse served as the Goalkeeper instructor at the 2013-14 Oakland Univ. HS Boys Elite camp, Head Goalkeeper Coach for the Canadian Valley FC training keepers from U9-U18 and as an Asst Coach for the Yukon HS Girls.  

At the Collegiate level, Tonianse has served as a Graduate Asst. Coach at Western Illinois Univ.  While at WIU, he earned a BS in RPTA with emphasis on youth sports programming. After completing his bachelor’s degree, Tonianse joined the WIU coaching staff as a Graduate Asst / Goalkeeper Coach. During his graduate assistant-ship, he earned his MS in RPTA with emphasis on Sport and Facility Mgmt.  

At the semi-professional level, Tonianse has served as Head Coach for 3 seasons, Asst Coach for 6 seasons and Goalkeeper Coach for 3 seasons with the Springfield Demize (Springfield Synergy) PDL team.

Mark Hanna

  Mark grew up in Sterling Heights where he played numerous years of club soccer for the Travelers Soccer club, and continued through high school where he was a three-year varsity starter along with two-year captain.  

This will be Mark's 9th year of coaching club soccer, and first with United FC.  He has experience from the U9 - U18 level, on both the boys and girls sides. 

Mark is also currently coaching with  the  Groves HS girls program.

Mark has a Bachelor degree in Economics from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor.
