Important Picture Day Reminders:

Some important reminders about our upcoming picture day, October 16, 2025:

1. Payments offered online. SmaX accepts check, cash, and credit.
2. We will take individual pictures while we wait for the entire team to show up. Coaches, don't try and hold your team together until everyone arrives. Getting them done as they come makes the process much faster. When everyone has arrived, we will do the team shot.
3. We'll need your full uniform on including cleats. No slides!
4. Make sure hair is secure and looking nice! We don't want to risk flyaways ruining the perfect shot!
5. Arrive on time! That's at least 10 minutes prior to your allotted time.
6. Bring your own gear! Your accessories look the best.This means bats, gloves, sticks, headwear, wrist band, arm sleeves...etc.

Picture Information

Please be ON TIME to your scheduled picture time. If we fall behind it will affect game times for the rest of the day. We would suggest having your team meet at a central location at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Pictures will be taken on the t-ball field close to the elementary school. All players should be present for pictures, even if they are not getting individual pictures, so that they are included in the team picture.
