For those returning, I hope your ready for another exciting season of Soccer. To those new to the SSA family, welcome. I am excited to see the returning members and getting to know the new ones. Together we will provide a safe, respectful atmosphere for our children to learn positive social skills. Please feel free to approach me anytime at the fields. I only ask that if I am on the field with a team, wait until I have finished with the players.
The Recreational Soccer Program runs off of volunteer coaches. Volunteer coaching is a great way to give back to the community, emotionally rewarding and a great workout. As Rec Director, I am here to assist the volunteer coaches in creating a fun competitive learning environment based on positive reinforcement. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer coach, please contact me by phone or via email.
Registration for Spring Season 2020 is open until January 31, 2020. The registration link is listed on the home page. The first week of practices will be held the week of February 24, 2020, with the first weekend of to games be played on March 7, 2020.
A little about me. I have been involved in every part of the youth soccer environment. I started volunteer coaching at CFC in th Recreation Program. For six years, I had the pleasure of coaching in the Academy Program for SSA. Where I was blessed to be mentored by motivated, goal oriented, development first directors and coaches. In the Summer of 2017, I completed the USC National Diploma. I also hold a USSF National D license and USSF National Youth License. My daughter played in the rec program through U16. My son played through U17 on SCCL team at SSA Central and Hillgrove High school JV Soccer team.
