SOCCERFEST
is a day for all SVSA members to come together and have FUN!!!
Soccerfest
2016 is Saturday, June 2, 2018 at
Graham Park.
Rita’s Italian Ice will be selling ice at the fields by
the American Flag as a fundraiser.
Please, purchase some ice to cool off and help SVSA raise some money!
General
Information
The game schedule is attached.
All games will be 25 minutes
long. Games start on the hour and the
half-hour. All games will end at 25
past the hour or 5 minutes to the hour. NO
EXCEPTIONS!
An
Air Horn will signal game transitions.
When the horn sounds, play begins or stops.
There
is no time for warm-ups on the field…teams should move on and off the field
efficiently and be ready for the next game.
If a team does not show up or is short players, split the teams and
play or try to pick up players to full strength. In this situation, please, be fair and do not
stack your team when using floaters.
Bring
any game day issues to my attention, immediately…I
will be there all day and am normally the guy with the horns floating around the
Concession Stand area…I am rather easy to find!
Parking - If
you arrive and there are no spots available in the soccer parking lots, please,
park at Baseball or Football. The
township police will enforce the no parking areas, especially the grass. We must ensure traffic safety and be able to
get emergency vehicles to the fields if we need them.
FREE
Food for Coaches, Players, and Referees – Coaches, Players, and Referees
receive a FREE hot dog, bag of chips, and a drink. Signs will designate where coaches, players
and referees can pick-up their free food.
We ask that all other parents, siblings, and spectators purchase food
items at the concession stand.
