Beginning in June and continuing in July, the players will train twice a week.  Training will be focused upon these primary topics:

Fitness - In addition to fitness training, there will also be fitness testing administered several times throughout the summer program which will provide objective data. 
Speed of Play - speed of decision making and technical execution. 
Competitive restricted play - teaching within the game with future and current collegiate players   

The primary purpose of the program is to provide a high level training environment during the early part of the summer.

Keenan Mikal and additional Ohio Galaxies FC staff coaching will be conducting the training sessions for the summer program.
