Soccer Speed, Agility & Quickness Clinic (U13-U14) - CANCELLED

This clinic offers speed, agility & quickness combined with technical and tactical skill training with a soccer ball. Training will incorporate the soccer ball and use soccer related work to rest ratios to match the physical demands of the game. The sessions are high intensity and help improve performance.

Highlights include:

- Sprinting speed
- Reaction speed and first step quickness
- Agility speed including rapid starts, stops and changes of direction
- Jump and plyometric training
- Stride length training
