COACHING INTERNSHIPS

Center Soccer is looking for highly motivated college students who are able to work effectively with young players, have some soccer and/or teaching experience and can communicate effectively with kids and parent's. Interns will be supervised by CSA’s Technical Director, Lisa Cole.

Duties include, but may not be limited to the following:

• Assist with training seasons and games.
• Assist in creating, editing content for CSA’s coaching curriculum.
• Assist with communications and marketing of CSA programming.
• Assist with database entry - specifically player/coaches evaluations

• Coordinate and communication with coaches and parents as needed.

          Creation of player packets for players trying out

          Assist with all coach/manager meetings

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Basic computer skills
• Enjoys working with kids
• Responsible ​

SPORTS MANAGEMENT INTERNSHIPS

Center Soccer is looking for highly motivated college students who are able to work effectively with players, coaches, and parents. Who can represent CSA well in the community. Has some interest not only in the game of soccer but in marketing, social media, management and development.  Interns will report directly to CSA’s Technical Director, Lisa Cole.

Duties include, but may not be limited to the following:

• Assist in creating, editing and publishing content for CSA’s coaching curriculum.
• Assist with communications and marketing of CSA programming.
• Assist with scheduling of league games and programs.

• Coordinate and communication with coaches and parents.
• Creation of manager books for all team managers
• Assist with all coach/manager meetings
• Prepare Team files and folders
• Coordinate Equipment distribution and return with coaches.
• Assist with Player Evaluations
• Participate in events, promotions, and other activities as required

• Assist with marketing efforts, including strategy, communication and growth of Facebook, YouTube and Twitter, etc.
  
  

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive and work well under pressure
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Detailed-oriented and organized / able to multitask and prioritize
• Strong computer skills to include Photoshop, Content Management Systems, Excel, Word and Social Networking sites
