• The Charlotte 49ers’ coach with the most victories in the history of the program with 117 wins in 12 seasons
• Guided the 49ers to two NCAA Tournaments, including the 1996 NCAA College Cup National Semifinals
• NSCAA National Top 25 Final Poll: 1996 – 5th; 1997 – 25th
• Entered the 2006 season 25th on the active Division I coaches all-time victories list

• Conference USA Co-Coach of the Decade in 2004
