- An Executive Director, supported by Coaching Directors as well as professionally trained staff
- Each team will have its own paid Head Coach

Carolina Rapids is known for its potent blend of expert coaches - from USSF A licenses to former professional, collegiate and youth players - our coaching staff is amazing!
Year-round access to team training sessions which now includes sessions during holidays, Thanksgiving, winter break, spring break, and normal school hour sessions

Individual written evaluations each season
We track the progress of each player with focus on the 4 main components of any soccer development – 1) Technical 2) Tactical 3) Physical 4) Mental – plus a written appraisal from the coach
Team Camp
- 8 hours of club oriented pre-season training conducted by our awesome coaching staff
Membership to US Club Soccer and NCYSA
- Provides roster flexibility by allowing players to shift from one team to another within their own age group
- Provides opportunity to field different team combinations for tournaments.
