In providing feedback to the Club you will provide vital information that allows us to analyze and evaluate our programs and organization. Traditionally when organizations offer a two-way communication link, the information is sometimes in the form of a 'complaint'. Positive feedback is also needed for us to review our operations efficiently.
The recipient of the 'feedback' information is the Executive Director of the Charlotte Independence Soccer Club. Please feel free to openly provide accurate feedback.
