Team Accomplishments

The UFA 01B Premier completed the 2015-2016 National League
season with a 4-2-1 record, winning the Blue Division!
Velko's team clinched one of eight spots in the US Youth Soccer
National Championships by beating #1 ranked McClean, VA on
the final day 2-1. The National League consists of the Top 16 teams
in the Nation. The National Championships will be held in Frisco, TX,
July 25-31. Congratulations to Velko and team for a job well done!

The UFA 00 Premier boys complete the 2015-2016 National
League as a runner up on the Blue Division with
14 points and with a record of 4 wins 2 ties and 1 loss.
UFA 00B Premier qualified the fourth time in a row for Nationals. Congratulations to Coach Gaucho and the boys!!

UFA GIRLS PREMIER TEAMS HAVE AN EXCITING MARCH

March turned out to be a great month for the UFA 02G and 00G Premier teams. The U16 00G Premier had to defeat Florida Krush on their home turf March 13th to win the SRPL. With the 1-0 Victory, the team has secured a spot at Regionals in June and a return to the 2016-17 National League. In addition to the achievements of the team on the field, 4 players have already verbally committed to Division 1 programs, with more players weighing their options.

The U14 02G Premier team had to travel to Las Vegas and basically go undefeated in National League play for a chance at fourth place which would give them a returning spot in next year's National League. The team did not disappoint, going 2-0-1 for the weekend and putting an exclamation point on the trip with a 5-0 victory. Great work by both teams to be able to return to National League next year.

PROMOTIONS - National League:
The US Youth Soccer National League competition is for the nation's top teams in the Under-14, Under-15, Under-16, Under-17 and Under-18 boys and girls age groups. The National League offers additional exposure to collegiate, professional and U.S. National Team coaches and offers the highest level of competition in the country. Teams earn their spot in the National League via success in the US Youth Soccer Regional Leagues and the US Youth Soccer National Championship Series.

PROMOTIONS - Regional Premier League:

The US Youth Soccer Regional 3 Premier League (RPL) provides an opportunity for the most competitive teams in Region III (South) to play each other on a scheduled basis. The league will be comprised of boys and girls in the age groups of Under-14 through Under-18.

Top Goalkeeper Award
United Futbol Academy Goalkeeper Olivia won the prestigious award of the Top Goalkeeper in the Senior Division of the University of Georgia Soccer camp held recently in Athens, GA. Congratulations, from the UFA family.
