Ney has worked closely with Pierrot Labat, Girondin Bordeaux FC (world class trainer and coach for Zinedine Zidane, Christophe Dugarry,and Bixente Lizarazu, learning his philosophy and ideas on the technical, tactical, and psychological development of the youth player.
As a coach, Ney has won a Region 1 Championship and Two Maryland State Cup Championships. Ney played collegiate soccer as a forward at College of the Holy Cross where he was the All-Time leading scorer in school history, 2-Time Patriot League Player of the Year (2002, 2003), 2-time All- New England Region Selection (2002, 2003), 4-time Patriot League All-Conference -- 2nd team (1999); 1st team (2000-2002) and Golden Boot Award for top scorer in US National Championships (2000). As an entrepreneur, Ney is founder and President of Fitbound; youth introduction to sports and fun activities in the DC metro area and NVision Group;training and fitness of athletes.

Coach Derek was hired as the Director of Goalkeeping for BOSA as well as Bethesda Soccer Club. He currently holds a USSF “B” License, an USSF “National Goalkeeping” License and a NSCAA Premier Diploma. As a scholar-athlete, Coach Derek played goalkeeper at George Washington University while being part of two Atlantic 10 Conference Championships and being named Conference Tournament Most Outstanding Player in 2004. Biss allowed just one goal in three games and tying a tournament record with two shutouts as the Colonials won their second A-10 title. Biss then posted another clean sheet against North Carolina in the first round of the NCAA Tournament for GW’s second-ever postseason victory. He finished his junior season with six shutouts, the most by a Colonials’ keeper since 2000.A member of the men’s soccer team from 2002-05, Biss ranks second all-time at GW with 274 career saves. As a coach, currently he is the Goalkeeper Coach for Georgetown University Men’s team under Coach Brian Wiese. He is responsible for developing as well as implementing the team's goalkeeper curriculum.
Martin holds a USSF 'B' coaches license. He attended the George Washington University earning a Bachelors Degree in psychology with a minor in exercise science. As a four year starter for the Men's Soccer Team the Colonials won two Atlantic 10 Championships and was named captain his senior season. In high school, Trevor was a captain and starter for the Bethesda-Chevy Chase high school, and scored the game winning goal in the 2001 Maryland State Championship. He received First-team All-County honors, was an Washington Post All-Met Honorable Mention, and an All-Chevy Chase Gazette honoree.
Coach Martin has worked closely with Soccer Technical Trainer and Coach Pierrot Labat of Bordeaux FC in the Total Football Method (a system that has produced players since as Zinedine Zidane, Lizarazu, and Christophe Dugarry) to learn his philosophy and ideas on the technical, tactical and psychological development of the youth player. He started his Bethesda coaching career with his two brothers teams that have moved on to have successful soccer careers. Collin Martin is currently in his 5th year with the MLS club Minnesota United and Tyler just finished his senior year as captain of Catholic University Men's soccer team.
Coach Martin is currently the Director of Bethesda Soccer Club's Youth Development Program (U8-U12 age groups) and is in his sixth year as a US Soccer Developmental Academy Coach.
