*Includes Game Jersey (1 set handed out per year)

Juniors League Team Formation
*Sign-up a full team of 7 players and each player will receive a $15 discount! Not all 7 players have to practice on the same day or time.
To receive the discount, one representative must contact Eric Love ([email protected] or 847-445-1919) PRIOR to registering.
*If you do not have a team of 7, then teams are formed by reciprocal friend requests, schools and practice groups.

Registration:
To register, click on the "Member Login" or "Register Now" links in the upper right hand corner of the homepage, www.elitesoccer.net. This will take you to our Blue Sombrero page. Here you will create or login to your account, add or select your child and the program you would like to add to your cart. During registration, there will be fields for friend requests and schools.
