How To Sponsor CSA Programs, Events, or Teams

As a community based organization, Centre Soccer relies on generous donations from our sponsors go to help offset costs related to our soccer programming to keep our programs affordable and reliable.

Here's information on how to sponsor a Centre Soccer program, event, or team.

-For teams:  U5-U7 and Adult Rec 1 & 2 are programs that have individual team sponsors. If you or your child are playing in one of these divisions, you can sponsor a team in that division in your account on Centresoccer.com.  Just look for the "Sponsor" item appearing in your account for those programs.  If you would like to sponsor more than one team, please use this mail-in form to indicate your preferences and include your payment with it. -To sign up to sponsor other CSA programs, age groups, and events, please use the Sponsorship Mail-in Form.
