Tulare Board Members receive training

Tulare AYSO Board members attended a 4-day event to receive AYSO Nationals unique training including certification and continuing education in management, coaching, refereeing, and safety guidelines. 

Some of the classes we attended were: Building Player Development, Tactical Formations & Systems of Play, Keeping the Kids Safe (Concussions), Due Process, Budgeting, Coaching the Modern Defender. 

We dedicate much of our time to bettering the youth soccer program in Tulare, CA. We are all volunteers and we love to spend our time with our parents, grandparents, children, and friends out on the soccer field. This is more than just soccer. Our focus is on the children having a fun and safe experience while building character and staying active!  Our SIX philosophies that drive all of our decisions include: Everyone Plays, Balanced Teams, Open Registration, Positive Coaching, Good Sportsmanship and Player Development.
