Ohio North Futsal u12 girls make history in Argentina!
This historic trip by the Ohio North Futsal girls team was indescribable!
As the first ever women's futsal team to travel to and compete in Argentina the girls were treated like royalty.
The trip began with a visit to CENARED sports club where the played against a newly formed team and then enjoyed a lunch and social time with the girls and families. The next day the team toured Buenos Aires sites by foot and then played against the famed Riverplate girls futsal team.
The following day the girls were treated to a day long tour of BOCA JRS. They were then put into Boca training kits and watched the first team training and then trained with the first team coaching staff, AMAZING!
The next few days the team played Marchagiano, Sportive Barracas and Sports Club Ferro and to close out the week they attended a first division futsal game between first place BOCA and second place San Lorenzo!
An unforgettable 8 days and an experience that will help guide these talented girls towards their goals of playing high level soccer and futsal for years to come!
