Newington Shut-out by Windsor at Home

The Newington Wolves returned to league play against Windsor at home and lost 3-0.

The first half was a defensive battle between both teams. Each team had their opportunities to score, but the goalkeepers on each team turned away every shot on goal.

Windsor went up 2-0 at the 10 minute mark.

Windsor closed out the scoring at the 31 minute mark to go up 3-0. Windsor's defense shut down Newington's offense the rest of the game to walk away with the victory.

Newington's league record moved to 2-2 and will be looking to rebound in a friendly against Manchester in Manchester on Saturday, October 5th.
