3 VERY IMPORTANT things to note as we head into Tournaments.

#1: Medical Release Form: Every player MUST have this filled-out and signed. Please do this and give it to your child's Coach. Coaches MUST have these at all times, especially at Tournaments. The form is attached. Referees may check for these!

#2: Lindsay's Law: Every player/family MUST watch the video and sign/submit the form, again to the Coaches. They MUST have these at all times, in case the officials check, especially at Tournaments. COACHES: Please make sure to get this information to those families that do not have e-mail.

#3: Spectator code of conduct: We expect ALL spectators to be RESPECTFUL of officials, coaches, and players. At tournaments especially excitement runs high but please refrain from any foul language and/or disrespecting anyone at anytime!  DO NOT COACH FROM THE SIDELINES, you may encourage, cheer, and be engaged but leave the coaching to the COACHES.
