Hello everyone!   

They have posted the picture/picnic day schedules. The picture/picnic day will take place at Lark View, where we have our games at.   

I have attached the regions photo and volunteer schedules on the discussion board, should you wish to print it out. Here are some quick notes to remember:

Photos are at 10:15am
The photo team WILL NOT WAIT for a team or missing players. 
Please plan to meet at 9:45am so we are ready to go 
Parking will be challenging so please allow time to find a spot and then also to walk to the photo area 
We will need to have the team banner set up and ready to go as well 
Photos are a very rigid schedule with just 2 minutes between slots 
I will pass out the envelopes for additional photo orders at this Saturday’s game

Volunteer time is 9:45 to 10:45 at game booth 7
Staci, thank you for volunteering for this. Is there anyone else interesting in sharing this hour with Staci? 
There will be a booth for the volunteers to check   

There will be several food trucks and carnival games. Game wristbands/tickets will be sold at the event. Names of the food trucks will be posted soon on the AYSO55 website.
