• Arrive to ballpark 1 hour before 1^st game of the day.
• Retrieve paint machine (white field marking paint only), chalk machine, and string from equipment room.
• Retrieve score box from concession stand. Connect to scoreboard and set for game one.
• Fold up tarps and place tarps and sand bags in designated area outside of field.  
• Remove bases and plug receptacle with base plug (located inside of mailbox).
• Rake and repair 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd base wear areas. 
• Hand drag Infield using drag techniques and patterns as shared in meetings
• Replace bases.
• Rake pitchers mound and home plate.  Repair if needed.
• Chalk batters box and dirt infield foul line.  Do not chalk grass.
• Repaint foul lines if needed. (Paint grass only)
  • Have them tightly painted using paint machine and string. 
  • Nail string into ground behind back point of home plate.  Keep string outside the base and inline w/foul pole.
• Repaint Foul Arc (4U, 6U, 8U only) with white field marking paint.
• Clean dugouts, stands, and surrounding areas. (Should be cleaned already from last game/practice)
• Replace equipment to designated areas. (rake/drag/tools inside mailbox)

In Between Each Game

• Coaches to enter each field immediately after last out of previous game. 
• Remove bases and plug receptacle with base plug (located inside of mailbox).
• Hand drag each infield.
• Rake and repair home plate and pitchers mound.
• Re-chalk batters box and dirt foul lines.
• Return any mailbox tools to mailbox for next game.

• Remove bases and plug receptacle with base plug (located inside of mailbox).
• Rake and repair 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd base wear areas.
• Hand drag Infield using drag techniques and patterns as shared in meetings.
• Place bases in 3rd base dugout.
• Rake pitchers mound and home plate.  
• Replace tarps over pitchers mound and home plate.
• Clean dugouts and stands.
• Return score box to concession stands.
