It’s time for you, your friends, and your family to stock up with Little Caesars(R) Pizza Kits! Have them on hand for quick dinners, parties or entertaining! All Players will need to sell 12 Kits to help us reach our goal.
How:
Fill out the top portion of your order form with your name and your preferred contact phone number (cell phone numbers preferred). Collect payment at the time you take orders.
We may accept cash or checks made payable to: Dexter Lacrosse Association

When: Fundraiser start date: MONDAY, October 30th, 2017
Order form and payment due: SATURDAY, November 11th, 2017 (Late orders CANNOT be accepted.)
Time and Date of Pizza Kit Pickup: Saturday, November 18th, 2017 at 4:40pm
Where: Pickup point to be determined. We will advise once this is confirmed.
Please pick up your Pizza Kits as soon as possible as we do not have onsite storage.
We cannot be responsible for orders that are not picked up on delivery day.
