**ALL REGISTERED ATHLETES WITH SMYRNA YOUTH FOOTBALL AND CHEER LEAGUE WILL NEED TO COME TO 1 OF THE IN-PERSON SIGNUPS TO FITTED FOR YOUR UNIFORM AND RECEIVE EQUIPMENT!**

Bring: copy of certified birth certificate & athlete that is being registered
