Gaucho Goal Keeper Academy
UFA is excited to announce the addition of Gaucho Goal Keeper Academy to our training options. We will offer small group, advanced training for our keepers who are looking to take their training to the next level. Groups will be limited to 8 players which will give coaches the opportunity to use training equipment and techniques not available during our regular keeper training sessions. Coach Gaucho will also attend at least one game for each participating goal keeper in order to provide feedback and identify areas to focus on going forward.We will be offering two blocks of 6 hourly sessions during the season. Sessions will be available at Fowler Park’s turf field 5. The cost for all 6 sessions is $180.Keepers who opt to join the Gaucho GK Academy, will have the option to train with Coach Gaucho as well as attend our regular goal keeper training offered throughout the week. Goal Keeper Training
Regular season Goal Keeper Training always starts the second full week of practice. We focus strongly on the basics and is available at no charge for all UFA Academy/Select Players:
- technical forms
- eye hand coordination
- goal kicks
- punts
- agility
- speed reaction
