Brett Colton

About Brett: Colton holds a USSF ‘A’ License, and has been coaching with Bethesda SC for more than 16 years.

As a coach, Colton has won multiple Maryland State Championships w/ multiple teams while coaching at Bethesda SC. While he was the coach for the U19 Academy Team in 2014 and 2016 he took them to two playoff appearances. On 2014, his side tied New York Red Bulls 1-1 and narrowly lost out on goal differential to advance out of the group to the knockout stages.

Brett has been instrumental in developing numerous Youth National Team and has had many players go on to play professionally in the MLS and overseas.

As a player, Colton played soccer at American University (NCAA Division l) and anchored the defense to a Sweet 16 NCAA appearance his Senior year; played UNC in double OT and lost.
