REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS for the FALL 16/SPRING 17SEASON:
New to BYSA? Follow the steps below to create a new account:(STEP #1)
1. Click LOG IN in the upper right hand corner
2. Complete NEW CUSTOMER PRIMARY CONTACT section
(** Please don’t set up a new account if your child has already been in the program. Email [email protected] with any questions…)
3. Click CREATE NEW ACCOUNT
4. Complete Primary and Secondary sections
5. Click NEXT
6. Enter participant information
7. To add another participant, click ADD PARTICIPANT on the MY ACCOUNT screen.
8. You’ll receive an email confirming your new account. Keep this email on file as it contains your username and password.
9. Your BYSA account is now set up. To register your children proceed to step #5 below (STEP #2).
I have an existing account or have registered players online since August 2006:
(If you have trouble logging into your account, follow the steps below)
a) on the sign in page, click FORGOT USERNAME OR PASSWORD?
b) You should receive an email with your account information
c) Proceed with Step 1 below
d) If you don’t receive an email, contact [email protected] prior to continuing
STEP #2: Register:
1. Log into your account using your existing username and password. (**** NOTE: (If your email address has changed, PLEASE EMAIL THE REGISTRAR, please, DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT as doing so will only cause confusion. ****)
2. You should now see the MY ACCOUNT screen
3. Click the MY ACCOUNT tab to update your personal information
(ie. If your address has changed, you will need to make the change in the parent section AND for each child)
4. Click UPDATE
5. Click the REGISTER tab and scroll down to the Participant Section
6. Click REGISTER NOW
7. Complete the Registration screens that follow
8. **Complete the scholarship section and click on “SUBMIT” at the bottom of the checkout screen.
9. Check your email for the Registration Confirmation email.
Please note – if you do not click “SUBMIT” or if you do not receive an Order Confirmation email (check your spam/junk folder for this email, just in case!), your registration is NOT COMPLETE and your child’s information will not get to the Registrar.
