Ray grew up in rural Crawford County, Ohio and did not have the opportunity to play organized soccer in his youth. However, he learned the true athleticism and stamina of soccer players while playing soccer in preseason football conditioning in high school. This respect deepened in his college years while playing pick-up soccer games with international students on the fields of The Ohio State University. Ray, his wife and three daughter have been residents of Hilliard since 1991 and he coached several seasons in the HOSA Recreational League. Ray is a practicing attorney having retired after approximately 35 years from the Ohio Attorney General’s Office. He is currently providing legal services for the Ohio Department of Natural Resources.
Corey Poe
Corey has been a Hilliard resident her entire life, and started playing for HOSA at age four. She was a four year varsity soccer letterman for Darby High School. While attending The Ohio State University for her BA and Masters in Special Education, she was an assistant coach for HFC. After graduating, she earned her level E coaches license and was a head coach for HFC through 2011. Married with two daughters, Corey has been an Intervention Specialist in the Hilliard City Schools District since 2006. Corey brings valuable experience at both the player and coach levels of play as well as her professional experience in child development and personal growth.

Matt Kah
Matt grew up in Northwest Ohio and never played youth soccer, but he is now a “Soccer Dad” thanks to his sons Ryan and Colin. Matt first was a volunteer with HOSA as a recreational program coach and then moved into a Parent Administrator role with Ryan joining the competitive program as he got older. Matt is an Integrated Marketing Consultant for a local media company and hopes to use some of that experience and expertise to share HOSAs mission with area families so they too can enjoy the “Beautiful Game” of soccer in a fun and safe environment.
