It is very important to register on time. The registration process is time consuming for the coordinators, coaches, and uniform volunteers and managing late registrations has become unmanageable. For this Spring, we are instituting the following payment structure, so please register early and save!!!
- $40 Early Bird Registration ends Sunday, January 27th
- $45 Regular Registration ends Sunday, February 3rd
- $55 Late Registration ends Sunday, February 10th
After February 10th, your child will be placed on a waiting list and we will see if we can assign her / him to a team from another school who may need players.
For any Child playing in the Kickers division (6th Grade) this spring, 12 year olds, registration will be completed via Walnut Hills. Players do not have to be going to Walnut in the Fall to play this Spring. Please contact us for Kicker registration. Kicker registration ends February 8th.
General Information
- Season: Spring season runs from the end of March to end of May. Practices generally begin 2-4 weeks before the season. Games are played on Saturdays AND Sundays.
- League: Kilgour plays in the SAY Soccer program under the Cincinnati SAY East organization.
- Divisions: SAY soccer has three divisions in which Kilgour participates: Passers, Wings, and Strikers. Please note that which division your child plays in is determined by your child’s age as of July 31 in the current year, not your child’s grade.Passers are ages 8U and play 6v6, Wings are ages 10U and play 8v8, Strikers are ages 12U and play 9v9 in the Spring.
To ensure a successful season, WE NEED YOUR HELP! If you are interested in volunteering as a coach, assistant coach, team administrator or in another role, please submit your name and contact information at the time of registration. We welcome all volunteers!
