Competitive Travel Teams U8 - U18

Blount United's competitive program is designed to meet the needs of Knoxville soccer players that desire a more challenging and competitive playing environment than is typically provided by local recreational leagues. Our main goals for our competitive team program is to help each player reach his or her maximum potential with regards to soccer, as well as to give our players the best possible resources that will continually develop successful teams.  Our players also make lifelong friendships and have a lot of fun too.

Through participation in the Blount United Soccer Club, players will be given the opportunity to improve their individual and team soccer skills, compete against other skilled players, be eligible for the regional, state, and national Olympic Development Programs (ODP), and improve their chances of playing for their middle school, high school and college soccer teams.

Competitive teams are chosen each summer during open tryouts. Players are generally notified with in 48 hours of the last tryout, and are expected to accept or refuse their position on a team when contacted by the coach.

Club soccer teams practice at least twice during the week. Skills Training is available for Beginners, Intermediate and Goal Keeping. Additional training and additional practices are at the discretion of each teams' coach.
