Blount United Soccer Club

Our Mission

Blount United Soccer Club (BUSC) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide excellence in soccer training and development for the youth of Blount County and the surrounding area. BUSC is founded on the principles of fair play, sportsmanship, and community spirit. We strive to provide a constructive, unified program that enhances individual character and club pride. We will work to integrate the sport of soccer into the area’s tradition of strong community involvement in local sports. By furnishing the best possible facilities, coaches, and officials we will enable our players to grow their skills and passion for the game while preparing them for advanced levels of soccer including high school, college, and adult league play. Most importantly: we want them to have a good time playing a great game.

About Blount United Soccer Club

The Blount United Soccer Club (BUSC) was established in 1998. The club operates under the auspices of the Tennessee State Soccer Association (TSSA), an affiliate of the United States Youth Soccer Association (USYSA). BUSC administers a travel competitive soccer program which provides the youth player with advanced soccer training and competition. Through participation in BUSC, players are given opportunities to improve their individual and team soccer skills, compete against other skilled players, be eligible for the regional, state, and national Olympic Development Programs (ODP), and prepare for play on middle school, high school and college soccer teams.

The Blount United Soccer Club consists of boys and girls teams in single-age groups ranging from under-9 to under-18 years of age. BUSC also offers players under-5 to under-9 years of age opportunities to participate in our Academy program. BUSC is an independent, non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization run by a Board of Directors (elected on a yearly basis).
