Confidence and self-esteem: Building confidence and self-esteem through positive affirmations and self-talk, and developing an unshakeable belief in oneself.
Performance-enhancing routines: Teaching athletes how to establish routines and rituals that help them perform at their best.
Performance feedback and self-reflection: Encouraging athletes to reflect on their performance and use feedback to improve future performance.
