  • Concentration and focus: Improving an athlete's ability to concentrate on task-relevant cues and eliminate distractions.

  • Relaxation and stress management: Assisting athletes in managing stress and learning to relax and recharge their mental batteries.

  • Confidence and self-esteem: Building confidence and self-esteem through positive affirmations and self-talk, and developing an unshakeable belief in oneself.

  • Performance-enhancing routines: Teaching athletes how to establish routines and rituals that help them perform at their best.

  • Performance feedback and self-reflection: Encouraging athletes to reflect on their performance and use feedback to improve future performance.

  • Goal Setting: setting and tracking strategies to establish, plan and manage goal achievement. Goal Setting also available as a stand alone module.
