⚾ 2026 Ashland Little League Registration Guide
Registration is officially open! To ensure a smooth process for our families and volunteers, please follow this step-by-step guide to register your player at ashlandpall.org.
Step 1: Login or Create an Account
New Families: Click the Register button in the top right-hand corner of the website. You will start by creating a "Primary Parent/Guardian" account.
Returning Families: Click Login. Use the email you used last season. If you cannot remember your password, use the "Forgot Password" link.
Step 2: Add Your Players (Participants)
Once logged in, select "I am a parent or guardian registering a participant."
Enter your child’s information.
Important: Ensure the Date of Birth is accurate. The system uses the official 2026 Little League Age Chart to determine your child's "League Age" and show the correct divisions.
Step 3: Choose Your Division & Special Requests
Under "Available Programs," you will see the divisions your child is eligible for based on their League Age. During the registration form, please look for the following custom questions:
League Age 6 Move-Up: If your child is League Age 6 and has already completed one year of Tee Ball, they are eligible to request a move up to Minors. Please register for Tee Ball and answer "Yes" to the move-up question in the form.
Majors Tryouts (League Age 9+): If your child is League Age 9 or older and would like to try out for the Majors, please select that option when prompted during the registration process.
Manual Updates: Our Player Agent will review these requests and manually update rosters in the system as needed.
Step 4: Digital Document Uploads
To complete registration, the league requires a Birth Certificate and Proof of Residency (or School Enrollment Form).
Upload Now: You can upload clear photos of these documents directly from your phone or computer during this step.
Submit Later: If you do not have these documents available right now, you may skip this step and provide them to a league official at a later date.
Step 5: Volunteer Opportunities
Ashland Little League is 100% volunteer-run! During registration, you will have the option to sign up as a Manager, Coach, or Team Parent. All volunteers must complete a background check via the link sent to your email after registration.
Step 6: Checkout & Payment
Credit/Debit Card: We accept all major cards directly through our secure website for immediate confirmation.
Pay Offline (Check/Cash): If you prefer to pay via cash or check, select the "Check" option at the final payment screen.
Finalize: You MUST click the "Submit Order" button. You will receive an automated confirmation email once the order is successful.
Financial Assistance: Please note that help is available for registration fees for families in need. If you require assistance, please select the "Check" option at checkout and contact us at [email protected] so we can help.

If you selected the "Check" option at checkout, please use one of the following methods to complete your registration:

How do I know I'm finished? You will see an "Order Confirmation" screen with an Order Number. If you don't see this, your registration is likely still sitting in your "Cart."
Multiple Children: You can register all of your children in one session by clicking "Add Another Participant" before proceeding to checkout.
