Flag Football Divisions by age:

Instructional 4-5
Rookie 6-7
PeeWee 8-9
Junior 10-11
Senior 12-13
Super Senior 14-17 (Spring season only)

A player's division is determined by their age on January 1 (Spring) or June 1 (Fall). No player may play in a younger age division. However, any player who would like to play in an older division must complete and submit a Play Up Request Form to the NPSC office PRIOR TO THE SEASON DRAFT.  Play Up Forms are available on the Forms page.
