Successful Junior/Senior coach managers will:
· Place the safety and well-being of the players first.
· Possess a passion for and working knowledge of the game and the commitment to remain a student of the game.
· Be observant of each player’s skills and help develop them to the level of each player.
· Commit to creating a culture of respect; for each other, opponents, coaches, umpires, families, the game, the fields and environment—everything.
· Understand the proper balance between player/team development and fun.
· Believe that leadership is best administrated by example.
· Give each player an equal amount of innings played. NO DADDY!!!!!! Baseball
Junior/Senior player skills and social development progression:
