The Transfiguration Catholic Church (TRN) Basketball Program is run by volunteers of the TRN Athletic Ministry. For your information, the 3rd through 4th grade TRN basketball teams participate in the Catholic Metro League of Atlanta ("CMLA"). Games usually last an hour and are either in the TRN gym or away at other parishes. The program is focused on teaching the kids how to play basketball, modeling good sportsmanship, teamwork and for us all to grow our family fellowship in the church community.

Uniforms - All registered players will be required to purchase a new uniform (includes jersey and shorts) for $35. These uniforms may be reused for future seasons.

A $20 refund fee will be charged for cancellations before 9/15; a $45 refund fee will be charged for cancellations between 9/16 and 11/02; and no refunds will be allowed after 11/02.

Uniform Refund Policy: You will receive a refund for a purchased uniform if you cancel your child's registration before the registration closing date of 9/15. However, after 9/15 there will be NO refunds for uniforms purchased.

PARENT PARTICIPATION: All TRN Athletic Ministry programs are run by active parent volunteers. We have a Program Director who helps administer the program but the actual coaching is all done by parents. Parent participation is encouraged and you will enjoy the program more as you become active with the children. All volunteer parents must have completed the VIRTUS Program screening and training before becoming involved with the program.
