Republic FC Open Tryouts offer participants the opportunity to be evaluated by Republic FC staff in the hopes of signing a professional contract with the club. Republic FC coaching and technical staff - including Head Coach Neill Collins and also President/General Manager Todd Dunivant - will be on hand to observe tryouts during both days. At least one player in attendance will be invited to train with the team ahead of the 2026 USL Championship season with the chance to earn a professional contract. In 2023, Aldair Sanchez attended the open tryouts and later earned a first team contract and was a significant contributor throughout the 2023 and 2024 seasons.

Tryouts are open to players 16 years old and up.
