Important Information for Coaches

Important Documents for Players

The following are the items needed:

1)  Original Birth Certificate (document will be returned after it is verified by District)

2)  Little League Baseball and Softball School Enrollment Form (along with report card from Q1 or Q2 or Q3 or Q4) OR Little League Baseball and Softball Tournament Player Verification (documents must be dated February 1st 2022-February 1, 2023).

3)  Little League Baseball and Softball Medical Release Form

4)  Uniform Fee $60 (fee can be paid via cash or credit card)
