The Rochester Area FCA Youth Flag Football League is for boys and girls in grades 1-8 (Fall 2024) who want to develop their football skills, grow as an athlete through teamwork, and build their personal character. Athletes will have a team practice session to work on their football skills each night before playing against other teams in their age group. Teams will participate in a devotional and prayer each week.

Grades 1-2 & 3-4 5:30 - 7:00pm
Grades 5-6 & 7-8 7:00 - 8:30pm

$85 Early Bird (before 7/1) Discount will appear at check out

Cancellation Fee: $10
Scholarships are available upon request.
Team Kits sold separately (ships directly to your home)
Kits includes: Reversable jersey & T-Shirt
Registration Deadline
Registration closes August 20, 2024 - Can contact Sarah [email protected] to inquire if there are any openings.
Players Team Kits will arrive after start of season if registration is after deadline OR if kit is not ordered by deadline.
Sign up early - leagues fill up before the deadline!

Typical Night
- Team practice - learning the fundamentals
- Flag Football games
- Team devotionals
What to Wear & Bring
- Football cleats or athletic shoes
- Athletic wear (shorts/sweat pants. team t-shirt)
- Water bottle
Weather Policy
The league will still play if it is raining, but will be canceled if there is lightning.
League Staff
Teams will be coached in practices and games by volunteer parents as well as college and high school athletes.
