The Londonderry Blue Lions Cheerleading Organization is made up of recreational competitive cheer teams. Through the participation and instruction in the sport of cheerleading, we will promote the ideas of good sportsmanship, personal integrity and accountability, team cooperation and community activities. 

Our season starts in August with outdoor practices generally Monday - Thursday evenings. Once school starts, we begin to practice indoors. Practice days and times vary based on teams. Our competitions start in October and run most weekends until the middle of November.  In August we understand that families travel or do things for summer vacation and we try to work with you when your cheerleader might miss practice; however, we highly encourage all athletes to attend all practices. Once we are inside, we encourage the athletes be at all their practices so not to miss any changes or skills that are being taught.

The only out-of-pocket payments are registration fees, sneakers, team t-shirt, socks and bows.  Each athlete is also required to participate in fundraising activities.  There is no cost for our uniforms. Each cheerleader gets a uniform which must be returned undamaged at the end of the season.

There will be a mandatory parent meeting before the season begins to go over the schedule, competitions, fundraising and other important information.
