Introduce Accountability Coins, and Goals Setting, Team identity formation, Feedback, and Reflection processes.

Main Activities:

The main activities should focus on comfort level with the ball, expanding on problem solving, and understanding of how the game is played (geometric, spatial-temporal relationships, compactness vs. space, 4 phases of the game). Start to hone in on positional/spatial awareness, roles and relationships on and off the ball among teammates and of opponents, also in relation the location and phase of play, and group play dynamics. Keep players engaged with small sided games, rondos, and positional games 90% of the time. Working on building out of the back, pressing high when defending in the attacking third, individual and small group defending, possession, & transition activities. Competere as means of pursuing excellence as individuals and teams. 90% of activities should include opposition (other examples could be 4v0 rondos, patterns, multi-tasking or cognitive overload activities).
